The ladies of the club are accepting donations of yarn to knit and crochet

What Our Members Say...
"I just love it! I look forward to all the fun activities. The staff
is wonderful, great lectures, great fun games. It's great! Plus we
meet new people."
"I have arthritis in my right knee and since I started the Tai Chi
class, the flexibility in my knee has greatly improved. The calming of
Tai Chi has helped lower my stress level also!"
"I enjoy the classes and the company of the friends around me. The
classes are very informative and appropriate to our needs in this stage
of our lives. The exercise classes are just wonderful, they give us enough
of a workout depending on our abilities, besides, they are made fun and
lively. The staff is very helpful and they are always there to validate
your parking. The parking close by is a blessing specially in the rain
and cold weather. The presenters are very patient and amiable. They are
willing to answer all your questions satisfactorily I appreciate the coffee
machine that is there for my cup whenever I need it."
"Not only do the Zumba and Tai Chi classes keep our body in good condition,
the lectures are always very interesting, informative and keep our minds
active. Lectures from the hospital staff are especially very interesting
as are all the others. The nutrition lectures help us eat better and stay
healthy. We also have an opportunity to socialize, meet people and make
new friends…. Thank you for all you do to plan all these activities
and allow us to join!"
